Tracey Lewis is a Partner at Leeds Law Firm and an experienced litigator, specializing in employment litigation. She is licensed to practice in multiple states including Texas, New York and New Jersey and represents clients in pre-litigation employment law disputes as well as federal and state employment law cases. Tracey has successfully represented hundreds of clients in employment and wrongful termination matters including serious discrimination cases (involving race, color, gender, age, disability, national origin, sexual orientation and religious discrimination) as well as retaliation cases, including FMLA retaliation and interference. Tracey also handles violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (overtime cases), including collective actions.
